mind. We provide modifications for every pose so you can practice
safely at your own pace.
What equipment do I need?
All you need is a yoga mat and a small space where you won't be
disturbed. If you don't have a mat yet, a firm carpet or a folded
blanket can work for the first few lessons.
How long do I have access to the materials?
Once you join, you get lifetime access to all video lessons,
guides, and community updates. You can revisit the program as many
times as you like.
Can I practice if I have a physical injury?
We always recommend consulting with your doctor before starting
any new physical activity. While yoga is gentle, your safety is
